Loskop Dam Bonanza!!!!!

2010 This Karp Bonanza 2010 was the first Day/Night competition held at Forever Resorts Loskopdam. Around 1400 anglers of all ages and genders had entered; the excitement was definitely in the air. The anglers were scattered all over Loskopdam on the banks as well as on their boats on the dam and in the river. Prizes were valued at R 1 200 000.00. The top 33 biggest Carps won prizes as well as freebie handouts were given out to the crowds and children. E-NUUS was involved at the 2010 Karp Bonanza. A donation of R 10 000.00 was given to the Nature Conservation & Rhino Preservation. R 21 000.00 was raised at the 2010 Karp Bonanza for the Beeldkinderfonds through Celtrac & Toyota (PTA North). R 34 000.00 was given to the Blue Bulls Junior Angling to aid the up and coming anglers of the future. The biggest Carp weighing in at 7kg was brought in by Ryno Erasmus (a student from HTS Middelburg) and he won a Toyota Yaris. Nick van der Merwe brought in a 5.30 kg Carp and he won a rubber boat with a hand-engine.Other big prizes won were VTec Trailers, cash cheques and much more…
